• USA customers: If you order this item with any other in-stock item and are shipping to a USA address, then the out of stock item will ship at no additional shipping cost once we receive it from our vendor.
• International customers: If you order this item with any other in-stock item and are shipping outside the USA, then your order will be held and shipped in 1 package as soon as all items are in stock.
