Florian Schneidt violin bow

Born in Munich and based in the Netherlands, Florian Schneidt began his musical career studying viola at the University of Music and the Performing Arts in Munich. He later moved to the Netherlands upon winning a job as a violist in the North Netherlands Orchestra. It was there that Florian began his training as a bowmaker under the tutelage of Laszlo Tuscni. He went on to hone his skills by participating in courses held by the British Violin Making Association and the Violin Society of America. He has worked with numerous master bow makers including Matt Wehling, Tim Baker, David Forbes, Eric Lane, and David Samuels.
